Ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 3 to 4 cups chicken broth depending on how thick you want your chili
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro



Instructions :
  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Cook the onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add in the garlic and jalapeno and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add the white beans, green chiles, chicken broth, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, oregano, chicken, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Stir and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Ladle chili into bowls and serve with desired toppings.

Ingredients :
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 (15 oz) cans cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • toppings, such as sour cream and fresh cilantro (optional)



Instructions :
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown in hot oil.
  • Stir in the onion, garlic and jalapeño; cook for about 2 minutes. Add oregano and cumin and cook for about 1 minute longer (or until chicken is fully cooked). Move to a slow cooker sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Stir in beans and chicken broth and cook on low for about 3 hours (or until it’s completely heated through). Stir well before serving and top each serving with cheese. Add sour cream and fresh cilantro if desired.
  • Makes about 6 servings.

Ingredients :
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (1-oz) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
  • 3 Tbsp southwestern seasoning (Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle)
  • 2 (10-oz) cans Ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 4 cups chicken broth



Instructions :
  • Place all ingredients in a 6-qt Slow Cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Remove chicken from Slow Cooker and shred with two forks. Return to Slow Cooker and stir.
  • Serve with cheese, cilantro and sour cream, if desired.

Ingredients :
  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey, Beef, or Chicken macros for 93/7 Ground Turkey
  • 15 oz can Sliced Stewed Tomatoes
  • 10 oz can Rotel
  • 15 oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
  • 15 oz can Corn
  • 12 oz bag 3 Pepper & Onion Blend frozen (or you can use fresh onions/peppers
  • 12 oz bag Broccoli & Cauliflower Florets frozen (or 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cauliflower if you can't find a blend)
  • 8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese room temp
  • 1 C (227g) Fat Free Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 packet Ranch Dip Mix
  • 2 packets Taco Seasoning



Instructions :
  • In a large pot or an Instant Pot, brown your choice of ground meat over medium high heat with one packet of taco seasoning. (Use the saute function if using an Instant Pot.)
  • Once the meat is fully cooked, add all the canned ingredients, cauliflower and broccoli, and remaining seasoning packets to a large pot. Heat the mixture until the frozen veggies begin to soften, stirring often, before reducing the heat to low.
  • Add the cream cheese and Greek yogurt to the soup and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the cream cheese and Greek yogurt are fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  • To portion this out, you can weigh your final mixture in a large bowl using a food scale. Depending on your calorie/macro goals, portion accordingly. Using the total calories (~3,300), you could portion out 16 205-calorie meals, 10 330-calorie meals, 7 470-calorie meals, or whatever works best for your meal frequency and calorie needs. Be sure to account for anything you'll add to the soup like cheese, sour cream, chips, etc.

  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
  • 1 pound lean ground beef

Instructions :
  • Heat oil in large dutch oven over medium heat. When hot, add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in beef, sold and pepper cooking until browned. Add broth, taco seasoning, tomatoes and corn. Increase heat to medium high and stir in uncooked tortellini. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Immediately remove soup from heat when pasta is cooked. Stir in fresh cilantro and serve.

  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups chicken stock or Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander leave for garnishing
  • Lemon Wedges



Instructions :
  • Heat oil in a pot. Add minced garlic. Saute till it starts to brown.
  • Add chopped onion. Fry till it is soft and translucent.
  • Add chopped celery, followed by chicken chunks. Fry for one minute.
  • Add shredded cabbage. Cook for 2 minutes. The cabbage will start to soften.
  • Add chopped red bell pepper. Cook for 30 seconds.
  • Add Tomatoes. Mix everything well.
  • Add all the spices. Mix everything well. Cook for 2 minutes more.
  • Add Stock. Adjust seasoning. Bring the soup to a boil(cover the pan with a lid if desired)
  • Switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, lemon wedges and top it with cheese while serving.

  • 1 yellow onion , diced

Instructions :
  • Add the bacon to a large dutch oven on medium heat and cook until crisp, then remove from the pan and add in the onions cooking until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  • Add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 2 minutes then add in the chicken broth and bring to a boil then lower to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan add the butter and flour and whisk together until melted and smooth for 1 minute then slowly add the heavy cream, salt, pepper and ranch dressing mix while whisking until smooth.
  • When the potatoes are fork tender, turn off the heat, using an immersion blender blend the soup to your desired consistency then mix in the cream sauce and bacon (reserving some bacon for the topping) and serve topped with sour cream, green onions, cheddar cheese and bacon.

  • 6 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup white whole-wheat flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Toppings of choice: diced green onion, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon



Instructions :
  • In a large pot, cook diced bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and keep grease in pot. Add onion, carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables, sauté for 1 minute and stir. Add the chicken broth, milk and potatoes.
  • Cook for about 12-15 minutes until the potatoes are soft stirring every 5 minutes or so.
  • Add the cheese, Greek yogurt and pepper and mix well. Top with bacon pieces, green onion and cheddar cheese if desired.

Ingredients :
  • 6 large baking potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 quart chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cream or half-and-half cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
  • Cheddar cheese, for sprinkling



Instructions :
  • Peel the potatoes and cut into half-inch cubes. Chop the onion into a medium dice. (Note: sizes of onions vary greatly so adjust the recipe accordingly to your preferences). Crush or press the garlic.
  • Add the potatoes, onion, broth, garlic, butter, salt and pepper to the crock pot. Stir gently. Cover, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  • When potatoes are tender, mash the mixture with a potato masher or a large wooden spoon until chunky but not completely mashed.
  • Stir in the cream, Cheddar cheese, and chopped chives and heat through (15 more minutes or so).
  • To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls and top with a dollop of sour cream, crumbled bacon, and additional shredded cheese, if desired.

Ingredients :
  • 600 g potatoes 1.3lbs (I used sebago) diced
  • 3 streaky bacon rashers chopped (plus extra to serve)
  • 1 medium brown onion chopped
  • 2 cups chicken stock 500ml
  • 2 cups milk 500ml (I used full fat)
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed/minced
  • 80 g sharp cheddar cheese grated (approx 1 cup) plus extra to serve
  • 30 g fresh parmesan cheese grated (approx ½ cup)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream (I used light) plus extra to serve
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Suggested Toppings to Serve:
  • Finely chopped chives
  • Extra bacon, grated cheddar cheese & sour cream



Instructions :
  • In a large, heavy-based pot fry the chopped bacon (3 rashers plus extra to serve) over medium heat until it starts to crisp. Remove bacon from the pot and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pot.
  • Add onion (1 medium) to the same pot and fry until soft (if there isn't enough fat from the bacon add a little butter). Then add crushed/minced garlic (2 cloves) and fry for another minute.
  • Add potatoes (600 g / 1.3 lbs), milk (2 cups / 500 ml) and chicken stock (2 cups / 500 ml) then bring to a simmer, making sure you scrape up all those little brown bits on the bottom of the pot. That's all flavour! Simmer partially covered for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are soft.
  • Remove pot from the heat, then use immersion/stick blender to blend the soup to your desired consistency.
  • Add reserved bacon (leaving aside any for garnish), cheddar (80 g / approx 1 cup), parmesan (30 g / approx ½ cup), and sour cream (⅓ cup) and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately with desired toppings.

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped



Instructions :
  • Heat up the olive oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Fry the chopped bacon until crispy. Then remove it with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  • Add in the potatoes and frozen corn. Fry in the remaining bacon fat for 1 minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes with the lid on until the potatoes are cooked. Stir occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low, then stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 more minute.
  • Use a hand-held blender and puree the soup but only until about half the ingredients are pureed. The soup should be a bit chunky.
  • Serve with parsley and the bacon crumbled on top.

Ingredients :
  • 1 Cup Cinnamon Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 1 Cup Honey Graham Crackers (crushed)
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Pecans (chopped and divided (¼ Cup & ¾ Cup))
  • 3 8 ounce Blocks of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 4 Cups Cool Whip (softened)
  • 3 3.4 ounce Packages Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2.5 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1 15 oz Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice



Instructions :
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix cinnamon graham crackers, honey graham crackers, butter, flour, ¼ cup chopped pecans and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Press graham cracker mixture into a buttered 9x13 baking dish. Put in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of cool whip. Use an electric mixer or stand mixture -- start on a low speed to combine. Once mixture is starting to combine turn the speed to high and finish whipping the mixture together until no lumps remain.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the cooled graham cracker crust.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine instant vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and 1 cup of cool whip. Whisk together.
  • Pour pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Spread remaining cool whip over the top of the desert. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of remaining chopped pecans.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 hours. Move to the freezer one hour before serving. This will allow for easy cutting and lifting of each dessert piece when serving.

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • For the Cake:
  • 8 oz cream cheese; room temp
  • 1 (15oz can) pumpkin puree
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 16 oz box of Powdered Sugar
  • Whip Cream (optional)



Instructions :
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl combine cake mix, egg and 1/2 cup melted butter with a wooden spoon until a soft dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9×13″ cake pan. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of your stand mixer, blend the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth and combined. Be sure to scrape the sides down occasionally.
  • Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla and blend until combined again.
  • With the mixer running slowly add the pumpkin pie spice and gradually add the powdered sugar until completely blended.
  • Pour over the prepared crust.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the outer edges are set and the middle is still soft set. Don’t let it firm up 100%, you still want it slightly gooey in the center.
  • Let cool to room temp and serve with whipped cream.
  • Enjoy.

Ingredients :
  • 1-1.5 lbs chicken breasts boneless skinless, medium size
  • 3 carrots large dials
  • 2 stalks celery sliced thick so they don't get too muchy
  • 1/2 onion large chunks
  • 1 c chicken broth (add more if you like a lot of liquid)
  • 1/2 c milk (whole is best, add a bit more if you want more liquid)
  • 3 refrigerated biscuits Grands is what I used (cut into spoon size pieces)
  • 1 tsp salt optional - we usually don't add any
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp cornstarch optional to thicken broth



Instructions :
  • Put medium size chicken breasts, vegetables, seasonings and chicken broth in your Instant Pot or pressure cooker. Make sure breasts are of similar sizes so they cook evenly.
  • Put lid on and set at high pressure for 12 minutes.
  • When done do a quick release and lift lid carefully.
  • Remove chicken and put in a bowl, cover to keep warm.
  • Set IP to saute and add cut up biscuits, put inside of liquid mixture.
  • Wait until it boils and allow to bubble for 1 full minute so it steams the biscuits. Turn pot off/cancel.
  • Put lid back on and set to manual, pressure, low, for 4 minutes. (if you don't have low function just use high for 1 minute)
  • Do a quick release when done and carefully lift lid. Set to saute again.
  • Pour milk in with liquid and stir slightly. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch + a few tbsp of your hot broth into a bowl and whisk together until smooth ( if you desire it to be thicker) pour this mixture into your pot and stir gently. Can add another tbsp of cornstarch with same whisking if you want it even thicker.
  • Shred cooked chicken and add back into your pressure cooker.
  • Allow IP to start to boil/bubble again for about 1 full minute to mix all liquids. Serve!

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 1/2 whole large onion diced
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 bag 12 oz mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 1/4 cups baking mix like bisquick
  • 2/3 cup milk



Instructions :
  • Set the Instant Pot to "Saute" and cook onion and celery in the butter until translucent.
  • Add chicken, poultry seasoning, salt, basil, and cayenne to the pot and stir to combine. Top with the frozen vegetables and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine baking mix with milk and stir until just combined. Scoop small spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling broth and continue until all the dough is used.
  • Place and secure the lid on the Instant Pot, cancel the "Saute" mode and set it on "Manual" mode. Enter 7 minutes cooking time at High Pressure and allow to cook.
  • Once cooking time is up, do a manual release of pressure or allow it come down naturally. Remove lid and serve.

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Add the flour and milk to a mason jar and close tightly. Shake well to combine. Alternately, whisk the flour and milk together in a small bowl.
  • Pour flour mixture into the soup and stir to combine. Add the cream, evaporated milk, and grated cheddar to the soup and stir.
  • Cover and cook on high for 30 more minutes.
  • Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes to reach the desired thickness for the soup.
  • Ladle hot soup into bowls and garnish with cheddar, bacon, and green onion, if desired.

Ingredients :

Instructions :
  • Turn on the pot's sauté function and add the chopped bacon and onion. Cook until bacon is done and onions are translucent, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the celery. Stir, and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pot (deglaze).
  • Add the potatoes, broth, salt, and pepper. Put the lid on and lock in place. Set the steam release knob to the Sealing position, if applicable.
  • Cancel the sauté setting and push the Pressure Cook/Manual button, or dial. Use the + or - button, or dial to select 8 minutes.
  • When the cook cycle ends, let the pot sit undisturbed for 10 minutes (10 minute natural release). Then do a controlled quick release of the remaining steam/pressure (release steam in short bursts until you are sure no soup will spew out with the steam).
  • While the pot is naturally releasing, combine the softened butter and flour in a small dish, using a fork. If the butter isn't soft enough, warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Mix thoroughly until all lumps are gone.
  • When all of the pressure is out of the pot, carefully open the lid, and turn on the sauté setting. Let the soup come to a simmer (don't let the soup scorch on the bottom), then stir in the flour mixture and stir until thickened.
  • You can use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes to help it thicken a little more and give the soup more texture.
  • Cancel the sauté setting and stir well. Then Add the heavy cream. Taste and adjust salt if desired.
  • Serve with some crusty bread.
